    Bravo! From the call, all the way to delivery. Had a delightful conversation with an employee who took my difficult order and was able to make a beautiful bouquet of flowers and have them delivered the same day. The delivery driver was also amazing. I gave two addresses to drop flowers off and she called me to see which would work best and she went out of her way just to try the option that I thought was too late. Because of that, my wife and I were surprised, and it made it more special than a door delivery. Now that is service! Great first experience and I will continue to pick Shadeland!

    On February 23, 2023, my friend, Kathy, was at Community North Hospital having back surgery. Shadeland Flower Shop is right down the street, so the next day I ordered flowers for her. The bouquet she received was absolutely GORGEOUS! I couldn't believe the picture Kathy sent me because the flower arrangement was even more beautiful than what I'd seen online. Kathy was THRILLED with her flowers, and I was ECSTATIC that they were prettier than I'd hoped for. I tried to order flowers again last week, but you don't deliver to IU Saxony Hospital. Please add it to your delivery route!

    I placed a last minute order for a Valentine's arrangement for my mom. I'd tried ordering her flowers through some trendy online retailers in the past and the flowers were arriving wilted and brown.     Using the website was easy, and more particularly, I requested that my son be given a phone call before delivering the flowers to make sure they were home so that the flowers would not be left on the front doorstep in the frigid temperatures. This phone call was followed up on, and my son and his wife said the the flowers were gorgeous. I live in Arizona but my kids are in the Indy area, and I always use Shadeland when ordering flowers.
