    I sent an email previously. Flowers were not at all what I ordered. And the flowers did not go well together.

    Sherry, We understand your disappointment and apologize that you were unhappy with the flowers that were received. We can only do our best with the flowers that are in our shop when an order is made. Unfortunately, our inventory didn't include the orange flowers needed for your order so to make up for that, we bumped up your arrangement from the original $125 to a $200 bouquet. Per your request in your email - "Nothing further to do, I just wanted to give you some feedback" -we sent an acknowledging response, otherwise we would've loved to send out a complimentary arrangement of fresh florals

    The Mylar balloon that I paid for was not delivered with the flowers. I sent an email inquiring about it and did not hear anything back. I called and no one answered. Also for the amount of money I spent the bouquet was not very big.

    First, the flowers were all lying down...not secured properly. There was 1 rose, 1snapdragon...laying down, 2 carnations that were discoloring already, green leaves and a few filler flowers....very disappointing. I can arrange flowers better than this. Jackson is the one who did it....

    The flowers were gorgeous and delivery was perfect. My daughter was thrilled to receive this beautiful bouquet. She was even more surprised when she saw the receipt and how much money I spent on it. That was awful. She wasn’t happy seeing that, and I never intended to share how much that was. So suggestion- when it’s a gift you should make sure receipts aren’t included.
